Partha Sengupta is a refugee-born Calcutta-based Indian photographer with a Post-Graduate in Finance and a System Design Analyst, an alumnus of the ICP, New York, studied with a full scholarship in Documentary Photography and Visual Journalism, and Counter Foto, Mentorship on Documentary Photography, Dhaka.

He has a strong interest in anthropology and border studies, and is an active animal rescuer.
